You can be one of the best fighters in the world due to your boxing skills but possess a glass chin. Can you say that Crawford has a granite chin? I guess no. He has been rocked and knocked down. GGG, Tank and Canelo have never been rocked nor knocked down. Crawford is obviously the best fighter but his chin is questionable. So, Tank was right.

Having a 'granite chin' isn't something to be proud of, just tells me you get hit way too often. Like Floyd bud got buzzed a few times but rarely gets hit. He's a smooth operator that unlike some fighters you named will unlikely suffer from cte.

Keith Thurman was once the #1 WW in the world, but he has not been relevant in 6 years. I tihink you must know this because everybody else knows this. Everybody else also knows that Boots Ennis is the most legitimate contender to Crawford's WW titles.

So, he's willing to fight Tank but not Boots? What if Boots say he has a glass chin, would he tell him to come touch it? Although I like Crawford, this is disingenuous. He only appears to want to fight the people he know that he can beat, ie: fighters with no movement and smaller fighters.

Agree with this, but I do think Ennis' and his team have the bigger part of the blame here. They have just been too patient, well-behaved and quiet these last couple years. Lesser fighters who speak louder get better opportunities in this sport. Perhaps its just not his personality to trash talk, but Boots had enough fan support to generate real demand for a Crawford or Spence fight these last two years, and he squandered it by being a bit too quiet and respectful. Now that he's handled Spence so dominantly and has his eyes set on moving up to only marquee matchups, Crawford isn't getting any pressure from fans to take on the young lions at WW.
