Canelo makes me wish boxing did a revamp and set rules in place that control fight negotiations so we won’t have a-side fighters get all the advantages.

will never happen. ABC orgs get paid as a percentage of the purse.... so they have every financial incentive to get the belts in the highest selling aka A side fighters hands and keep them there.

that is why they break or ignore their own rules as they please and WBC will jump in and say Bivol not allowed to fight for canelo's 168 title without even giving a reason, to keep the belt in the hands of their revenue generator.

I won’t be surprised at all if Andrade wins this fight, even at 35. I think he’s still faster, uses more angles, and has enough pop to keep Benny honest!

Benavidez will be the betting favorite but if the odds are very wide, put some money on Boo Boo. He has just the right style to make a guy like Benavidez look slow and lost. I'm picking the upset.

Boo Boo could use a shovel because he's in one deep shit; No pun intended. He could either move around the ring for twelve rounds by not engaging, avoiding the exchanges and not trading punches to lose on points.

Or he could possibly stand his ground by trading punches with the much younger, stronger and larger Benavidez then run the risk of possibly getting himself stopped.

I guess it's very possible that Andrade could win on points but it is highly unlikely. I expect him to do exceptionally well early in the fight like Caleb Plant did.

However, by the second half of the fight; I could see Benavidez super imposing his will, physical size and youth on the much older Demetrius Andrade as he goes into survival mode like Caleb Plant did.

The reason being is like Plant; "Boo Boo" lacks the punching power to fight the "Mexican" monster off him.
