They knew Spence couldn't beat Crawford so they never made the fight unless PBC was the main Promoter.

They know Shakur can beat Tank and won't make the fight unless they are the main promoter.

They are willing to let their normal guys (not stars) get wooped by Top Rank fighters, but not the stars. They wait till the leave their promoter to get all percentage as a promoter. They are not interested in making big fights now, but wait till they get everything.

Tank one of my favorite boxers to watch and all but if he keep fighting bums especially when he fights in a so called "loaded" division that's all he gon be known for.. fighting BUMS. I mean a light touch fresh out of a sentence and after a successful fight is one thing but anybody wit eyes could see him and Cruz fighting again next.
