I dont know. I dont believe its next.

The Thurman fight? The way you word that is crazy. Thurman has fought like 4x in 6 years.

As you are aware Charlo is fighting Canelo next. I think any reasonable poster gets Charlo is going to take that payday over a title defense he can always do after.

PBC is either making or part of the biggest fights of the year. You should be asking where is Fury v Usyk and Bieterbiev v Bivol.

I don’t recall saying it guaranteed a fight.

That fight hasn’t happened yet but it appears they are building toward it.

Wow! And all it took was a lackluster performance by Cruz in his last fight and Tank's people were, you're next!....

No, those “excuses” are how each company does the majority of it’s business.

Inoue proved you and anyone else pushing that false narrative about PBC not doing business outside of pbc wrong yet again.

Crawford proved TR is often the impediment to big fights being made. He left TR, fought Spence 19 months later. TR only made the Porter fight because it was his last fight on the contract.

PBC doesn’t always work with TR because of TR being mad that PBC competes against them and is doing well.

Notice how TR is copying some of the things PBC is doing.

The PBC guys fought Inoue, Crawford, Canelo, and Fury- 4 of the top 6 p4p boxers in the sport. If they lose, so what. They made an attempt to beat the best.
Haymon will make fights with other companies when the other guy is the cash cow. Inoue, canelo, and fury were all the a-side. PBC almost never makes a fight with another company where their guy is the a-side.

Tank is the money man at 135. He chooses to remain a "regular" belt holder. The best guy on his ledger is Cryin' Garcia. As with Wilder and Spence, when he decides to step up, he will lose. His fans are already planning excuses for him. I'd love to be proven wrong. He's long been at a weight class where he could have proven that he was a generational talent. He's being advised against taking tough fights.

                Ok. That’s a reasonable criticism.

So why leave Top Rank if they are managing your career for gowth? Top Rank is the best a creating stars. De La Hoya, Manny, Cotto, Crawford, Mayweather. Once Top Rank makes them into a star, now they want leave.

Top Rank still has good fights for Shakur and they will build up more stars to face him. Muratalla or Navarette, or new up and comers. Emiliano Vargas.

Teo if he stays and Shakur moves up.

Dunn, hope all is well brother. Can you explain what you mean when you say “ TR is copying PBC”?
Not knocking you, just trying to make it make sense.

That last fight Cruz had against Cabrera was for Team Tank to get good film on Cruz. There wasnt much film on Cruz vs a southpaw especially not 12rds worth. Also Cruzs power is overrated but his chin is underrated so i think it goes 12. In the 1st fight Cruz at least earned a Draw but commentary was bias. This fight I think Tank beats him soundly, Fords good at studying film.
