    Alexis Rocha will take on his biggest risk yet while waiting out a title shot. BoxingScene.com has confirmed that the streaking contender will next face unbeaten welterweight Giovani Santillan. A date and location are not yet set for the intriguing bout, though it is targeted for a October 21 show in Southern California where both boxers are based as well as Golden Boy Promotions' headquarters.

        I look at Rocha's competition and wonder if Golden Boy is reading from the Mungaia's playbook. At least Mungaia fought a live (OLD) body in his last fight.

          With Rocha being a southpaw and Santillian also being one, it almost looks like Crawford vs Spence. Rocha is Crawford in this scenerio. I feel if Rocha wins, he should challenge Boots for a vacated title. JUST SAYING!!

              I know I've seen both of them fight, but I don't remember what they looked like. I don't know if that's indicative of me or they're fighting styles.

                Boots would crush him. Maybe Villa or a Speedy rematch.

                  Good fight..

                  A Rocha vs Josh Taylor fight would be good with Taylor moving up in weight and being a former WBO Champ.
