Top Rank is basically a developmental league at this point. They rarely have big fights and can't create stars

He doesn't know how to promote fighters in this new age. When have you ever seen Loma do interviews outside of boxing on podcasts, news networks, or even YouTube channels. The same goes for Teo. After Teo's win against Loma he should've been giving interviews and going on news networks.

Let's not forget that Arun won't even make Bivol-Beterbiev and in the past he couldn't deliver Crawford the Pacquiao fight, which would've jump started Crawford's superstardom.

That's true. Look at how many interviews we've seen Crawford do since the fight? Then even with Canelo vs Charlo, we've seen both of the Breakfast Club and Jermell has also been on Sway's show.

I think the TV backing is wilting, and they can only really do big fights on PPV now. Hard to do if you are struggling to build the fighter in the first place.

Boxing isn't mainstream anymore so it's pretty hard. Crawford is a star now for having beat a hypejob In a fight people thought was 50/50. There really aren't stars in boxing right now aside from carnela and aj (at least in the uk)

****** network fanboy again. TR have been doing big fights that are non-PPVs.
PBC got a huge stable, yet all of their fighters are part-time boxers.

Without TR, GBP, Matchroom, you clowns will only get one fight event from PBC every month.

Bob's head is stuck in the 80's. He still has the mentality that fighters should be fighting in their hometowns in front of 5,000 people. Floyd Mayweather would still be fighting in small Michigan gyms if he stayed with Bob. Arum just doesn't see the earning potential of a lot of these young fighters.

Teo vs Taylor didn't even do a million dollar gate and was in the the theater. Haney vs Loma was their biggest fight as a sole promoter in years and that barely did a 3 million dollar gate. It wasn't even bigger than Benavidez vs Plant

TR was not invovled in making Inoue vs Fulton because they aren't Inoue's promoter in Japan, they only picked up the US broadcast rights. When they announced the fight in the ring they mentioned Inoue's Japanese promoter and TGB promotions, not Top Rank.
