Comments Thread For: Derek Chisora is Not Thinking About Retirement: "It's Not Time Yet"

Age has caught up to Derek Chisora a long time ago. The 39-year-old's punches don't come out with the same speed, power, or accuracy. His once endless gas tank empties after just a few rounds and even his ability to take a shot doesn't appear to be the same anymore.

Love Delboy. An old school anybody, any time, any place kind of fighter. He might not always win but the long list of quality fighters he's faced is ridiculous.

Hope he doesn't do a Danny Williams though and stay too long. If he can still be competitive at his current level though, why not if he wants to go on.

He needs to walk away on a win. Del Boy loves the limelight.

I read he's worth around £12m. Dude. Walk away. Play with your kids and invest in commercial real estate.
