Why not Morrell? Now the winner of THAT fight would definitely have a good case for one of the other two Canelo - PBC fights.

Andrade will most likely pull a Plant and school David for the first five or six rounds, then get battered and possibly stopped. Let's not forget David has a habit of being the youngest guy in the ring, so he's gonna be fresher, I think (which is probably one of many reasons he ducked Morrell). Could be a pretty fun fight overall.

Andrade is much more slick and has a lot more tools in his bag than Plant does.

This writer must not do research or has a short memory to claim Benavidez spent much of his career fighting lower tier opposition because it was out of his hands when the blame lies squarely on him. The WBC allowed him to cut in front of their then number one title challenger Callum Smith. What did Benavidez do with that opportunity? Got stripped doing coke. They gave him yet another shot at the same belt. So what did Benavidez do this time? Reject a unification with Plant just to fight lower tier guys and got stripped once again, this time coming in 3 pounds overweight despite knowing Canelo was lining up titles. Afterward, the WBC gave him another title shot at 175 but he rejected it just to fight more random guys. He finally took his first career step up a few months ago against Plant, only after Canelo knocked him out. Afterward, his team lied about a $50M offer to Canelo, clout chased Morrell, and is now talking about fellow bottomfeeder Andrade who's never fought a champ in his career.

I'd pick Benavidez to win because andrade starts great but longer a fight goes on he tends to fade abit but I think he's a tougher fight than plant he's more awkward he's a southpaw style wise he could give David some problems in there but him being older and not very active are problems. Good to see andrade have a proper fight but I'd of much rather seen the Benavidez-Morrel fight

Andrade is a better boxer than Plant, at least he used to be! Inactivity might have caught up with him, but they are NOT the same level of boxer! This should be a good one!

I think Andrade wins, unless he loses steam down the back stretch. I actually think Andrade will punish him.
Andrade will start well but down the back end of a fight he does fade abit and benavidez is relentless with the pressure and coming forward and andrade being inactive and not fighting as he should have could be a factor. Think either benavidez wins on points or stops him late

I hope Canelo gonna end all of those hypejobs before his retirement.
I hope canelo fights anyone of these guys

I'd be very surprised if Andrade is still standing after 7, he's frail, gasses, not as good as ppl think the Williams fight showed his ceiling, the bolo uppercut is so amateurish.
