Anybody who watched his behaviour straight after the KO will see that.

He celebrated like he won his 3 belts back and beat a favourite against the odds.
He displayed zero concern for unconscious Helenius.

He celebrated like a person that was relieved to finally get a knockout. He was getting tagged and beaten to the punch by a journeyman. The moment overwhelmed him. These boxers are trying to knock lumps out of each other and he caught him with a peach of a punch. He was caught up in the moment. He’s not the first and he won’t be the last. He eventually showed concern but 20 seconds later than you wanted him too

I think his plan was to talk straight to the dressing room but they stopped him. He was annoyed because he got booed at stages because he wasn't engaging.

He is definitely a highly strung individual around the boxing ring and close to the event itself. In contrast to his laid back demeanor outside of it.

I can understand that he really really wants to win but like you said it manifests itself in weird ways. He's just highly strung
