Anyone really thinks AJ can beat wilder?

I don't particularly agree with all of this statement, but it is a factor that has to be considered: if Wilder fights Joshua in December/January without a tune up first then he'll be going into that bout with just one round of professional boxing in over two years.Yep because Wilder is actually one cashing out just like Spence and Jermell. If he wanted to fight, he could have fought Ruiz. Guarantee he is going to say, I don't need a tune up. Amazing how an active fighter like AJ is the one who is cashing out. You have to wonder about boxing fans. AJ 6-8 stoppage. Wilder has no jab like Hellboy, just stand around waiting for a rusty right hand while AJ pieces him up with combos till a stoppage.

Sounds like another Derrick James fighter who just recently fought lol.No. Joshua doesn't move his head or his feet. He just stands there in his guard. Wilder will take his head off. You have to move your head and your feet, step to Wilder, and catch him in between his shots. If you fight him scared the way Joshua does your head will end up in the 10th row.
I could see Wilder knocking out AJ with a jab lolComment

If Wilder just touches AJ early, there's no way he goes into the fire and slug one out. He'll be going backward all night, and you just can't beat Wilder doing that. AJ could outbox Wilder, but he's going to have to pitch an absolute shutout.Comment

Though Joshua's performance on Saturday night didn't exactly fill me with confidence I still fancy him to beat Wilder, always have. People tend to get a bit too enamoured by Wilder's highlight reel one-punch KOs and overlook the fact that in between those brief moments, he really isn't very good.
While I do agree Joshua's confidence isn't there anymore, Wilder also fights scared. In fact it often seems like he's fighting on pure nervous energy. There were times during the Fury fights when he looked positively terrified, and Fury isn't even a puncher. Not to mention he's only one fight (round, even) removed from suffering the most brutal beating of his career, one that had him mulling retirement and openly voicing his concerns of incurring brain damage from boxing. Who knows where his head is really at.
I give Wilder a puncher's chance but that's it. I think Joshua stops him.Comment

Fury may not seem like a big puncher for his size but he is very strong. He leaned that huge body on Wilder and man-handled him when they were in close quarters. And since going to Kronk gym, he's learned how to put his natural weight and power behind his punches. Also, when Wilder knocked him down, he got back up. Other opponents didn't. Wilder was afraid for good reason.Though Joshua's performance on Saturday night didn't exactly fill me with confidence I still fancy him to beat Wilder, always have. Joshua may be able to outbox Deontay, but if he gets hit with that big right hand, it may be curtains. AJ needs that killer instinct back in order to stop WIlder. Without it, he's a dead man.Comment

Joshua turned down Fury a few months ago which Hearn/Joshua both admitted to but i'm sure you have an excuse ready to go. AJ fans are very emotional i think they more into his looks than his boxing why most of his fans are female it's very sus. Take the emotion out of it and think logically from a boxing perspective, there is a reason your opinion is the minority around here.Comment

AJ is more skilled and has fast hands. I favor AJ to win but even Fury that is bigger and a better boxer got put down on the canvass 4 times.
This fight captures the imagination and should get done
