  • Comments Thread For: Floyd Mayweather Wants Inoue To Face Gervonta At a Catchweight, Undergo Drug Testing

Even Floyd Mayweather has been forced to take notice of what Naoya Inoue has been doing as of late. The Japanese star has gone from weight class to weight class dominating the best of the very best. After pilfering every world title at 118 pounds, he brazenly decided to make the jump to the super bantamweight division.

There's no point........what so Inoue can be no1 pfp? Pac was 8 division titilist and that didn't even secure him no1. He's already 4 division champ and no2 pf p according to Ring.
Maybe he will be allowed to be no1 pf p if he wins a featherweight title?

Does he want Tank to fight Crawford at 147? basically the same weight jump seeing as Inoue just fought at 122 for the first time.

I’ve seen the talk about Inoue potentially being a dirty fighter, but as far as I can see he just complained about the inconvenient hours drug testers came to his home? Is there more to it or is Floyd just making baseless ‘suggestions’?

Lol, if "Tank" was as bad as he claims he is, he'd be moving up to fight Bud, not trying to make a little midget move up to face him.

Inoue has fought in U.S. twice already. he does undergo random blood and urine testing. and he is moving his way up the divisions. Tank needs to fight Shakur. the #1 guy in his division. Mayweather full of ignorance, same way he latched himself to Pac for relevancy all those years, he gonna try do that with his hyped up fatty. fight the best or don't, keep hurting women and children like sissys

Inoue doesn't need Mayweather; Tank at a catchweight would be an unddesirable sideshow from what he has been achieving at batman and superbantam; Inoue has already fought stateside on a number of occasions, Inoue has done VADA in the past -- for example he was with the program for his two-round demolition of Donaire.

Mayweather just trying to undermine him.

or you know, just clearing out his weight class by fighting Haney and Lopez when they were at 135, Lomachenko , Keyshawn Davis, Andy Cruz, William Zepeda - now.

But oh, he's not interested in legacy just the money. So how does fighting a Japanese 'midget' who the casual fan still hasn't heard of make a lot of money?
