He'll fight Spence at 154 first if EJ triggers the rematch clause.

That's fact. Not even a made-up narrative. Boots was 2nd mandatory to Crawford's WBO, then got automatically elevated to #1 spot because Ortiz, who was #1, went for Stanionis for the WBA regular.

And you know what Boots' team did? They pulled out of the WBO most likely for fear WBO might order the fight.

I can forget about all that, but what about NOW, TODAY, what are they doing to make me believe Boots' team really want the fight? They talked to Espinoza about the Spence fight last year for the IBF, but what about now? Have they made any effort to secure the fight? Is he Madonna who can just wait to be served the fight on a silver platter?

Crawford is great, and understandably all about business and making as much money as possible before retirement.

But Bud knows Ennis would be a much tougher opponent than anyone else he's ever faced. He won't fight him, and I don't blame him. He's not scared of anyone, but yeah, he might lose that fight.

Well floyd dodged bud, brook, spence, thurman, bradley, so if bud wants to dodge Ennis it's not the worst thing in world.

Boots is good but he’ll look a lot different when he’s getting hit by power shots from Bud. All the guys he’s fought he hasn’t had to worry about what’s coming back.

Most people make less and do the same.

Not many options for Crawford at 154 though

If you gave a guy like Avenysan a shot Boots should get his especially if he’s the mandatory. He’s now talking about Charlo needs to come back down and beat Tsyzu before they fight. Jermell was accused of ducking Tim when he moved up to face Canelo but all of sudden Bud gets this special pass from the fans? If anyone else said this you all would call them scared.

Boots is the main challenger AT 147.

Bud doing to Boots what PBC fighters did to him for years AT 147 " beat nobody AT 147, bla bla, bigger fights to do"

If Bud beat Boots It might be his biggest won down the road beacause I think this kid will achieve things in the sport.
Nah. Bud will unify 154. If I were Boots I would head straight for TT and snag that belt for free. If he wants that smoke that's the way to go.
