Hes not allowed , there’s zero chance Finkle let’s him take one unless they aren’t serious about the Joshua fight and change their minds or they push that fight back more it’s why you see the ridiculous banter around the Ruiz fight it’s all b.s of offering 70% and no real efforts to actually talk a real split or WBC involvement .

The difference is Hearn asked Joshua if he wants to take a short notice fight still , Finkle is not allowing Wilder to have any potential slip ups and neither are the skill challenge people around him . He does not run his career when big decisions are at hand he just doesn’t .
