Well, there were excuses already for spence fight even before fight so of course there would be after fight.
We will need to see how charlo performs against Nell and against bud. If charlo looks at his best but still loses to bud, we might need to be thinking what superlatives we can aim at bud

Its only a 14 pound difference. He is already atleast 168 when he fights at 154. He should have great stamina if he does literally nothing different in training camp because now he doesnt have to dehydrate.

Flip side is he has a built in excuse when crawford knocks him out, he will complain he "moved up" and "had to lose 14 pounds of pure muscle" to get back down... just watch

I don't have Bud knocking Charlo out, I think he has the skill to win that fight but let's not get carried away here. He should be the favorite vs Charlo but I'm sure you'll get some crazy odds on Bud by KO at his first or second fight at 154
