Errol might would benefit a lot from jumping to 160. Let his body rest, then rebuild for that weight. I know 7 lbs north to 154 would help, but honestly he might need the 13 lbs to hit 160 healthy.
He is walking around at 185-190, so he says, so close to 200lbs in reality. He could gain a lot more strength and endurance if he could just shed 25-30 lbs and make weight, vs 35-42 to make 47/54. Kinda makes sense

If this sh.it was true, guys wouldn`t be draining themselves to stay in lower divisions.

this type of weight loss is directly related to the day before weigh in. They know they have a day, sometimes day and 1/2 to recover, so they boil down as low as possible. Works great until it doesn't. If fighters today had same day weigh ins, they would be fighting a division or two higher.

Pacquiao became better at a higher weight class.

Money Mayweather knows what he is talking about Spence made the fight for legacy and for the people thought Spence he wasn’t at his best but it was a fight that the public demanded so we got it . EJ definitely needs to fight at a higher weight level you can look at him before the fight like a skeleton not his self

                  hmm....

“With Errol Spence being under the PBC banner, which a lot of times you see fighters say, ‘I’m with PBC. I’m with [PBC founder] Al Haymon—but I’m not with Floyd Mayweather,’” Mayweather told FightHype.com. “And I’m not talking about Errol. I’m just talking about in general. I need every fighter to know this: if you’re with PBC, you’re with Floyd Mayweather, period. OK? Period. You cannot bring up Al Haymon's name without bringing up Floyd Mayweather's name. We’re one.

“With that being said, I want the best for Errol Spence. So, if I was training him, or I was in his corner, I don’t think he should be fighting at 147 at all. I don’t even think he should be fighting at 154. I think he should be fighting at 160 or 168. That’s just my honest opinion. But, once again, I don’t have no say-so. When these guys, certain fighters, when they want a fight, our job is to line it up. Us fighters we’re warriors. We’re always going to fight the best, that’s just how it is.”
...is Floyd telling us that he warned Spence against going forward with the fight? Did Floyd know Spence was significantly drained going in?

I mentioned this in a post I made before the Crawford fight took place: Spence should move to 160. All there is at 154 for him is another beat down by Spence. 160 is a WEAK division. Go get it.

I been saying this for years, even Floyd is saying it now. Give me my due, nobody knows the game like I do.
