Fight should have happened years ago when these draining issues were non existent.

Lets just say weight is the issue, do you realise how much stronger with a better chin the extra weight would mean. IF the weight was as bad as the concerns it makes a guy extremely weak with no resistance. You said he struggled to take TC shots and then say he is not a natural WW, you answered youre own doubts.

But he didn't want to leave 147lbs without becoming undisputed.

Unfortunately that took forever with Thurman ducking him for years, the car accident, the eye retina, covid lockdown, etc.

Hope he makes a full recovery though after that beating.
Where was his head at?! 70% was never gonna be enough to beat Crawford!

Floyd must be trying to get Errol killed for blacking his eye when they sparred years ago, because he knows damn well those bigger men are hitting different and Errol will get his brains shook up for real for real if he goes to 168. Can you imagine the carnage? It would be like watching David Benavidez against two ex-PBC fighters- Ronald Gavril and J'Leon Love. It would be worse than those two fights though, because of all the damage Errol has sustained already. Can u imagine Errol being on the receiving end of one of Benavidez's blazing 20 punch combinations? Errol blocks with his gloves but he doesn't move his head much. Who else could Errol fight up there- David "187" Morrell? Caleb "the Lion Slapper" Plant? He'd have to return to being coddled and fed just the right kinda fights. He couldn't just jump right in and "swim with the sharks", as he's been known to say. Idk what Floyd is trying to do to Errol, but it damn sure isn't looking out for his health

That's what i took from it. Floyd believes that you're at your best when you fight closest to your natural weight.

              Who are we to disagree?

It is my belief that Errol compromised his chin by sticking around too long. No way he eats the shots he did vs Brook, only to be stunned by Ugas with a fraction of the effort behind it.

I think your last sentence was compounded by the first.

He loses regardless of weight, in my opinion.

                  Well who's fault is that?

If they'd have fought Bud in 2018, when they were supposed to, this never would've been an issue, but no "wrong side of the street. . .blah, blah, blah"

And I thought all the Haymonites were saying that Spence was "too big" for Crawford and that's why he would win.

                  Now, it's why he lost?

Everything that's happened since this fight didn't happen 5 years ago can't be used as an excuse by Spence or anybody else because they didn't want this fight to happen earlier.

Did you say that when Manny got stopped by Torrecampo 40lbs lighter than the 150 he was in ring as a WW, weight can do a lot of negative things I wouldn't be so matter of fact on Errol at a much higher weight as he will definitely be a lot stronger with a better chin, time will reveal the truth of the matter.
