And Crawford WAS similar, but now after destroying Spence he’s getting some of the credit he deserves. Point is……. Let’s not hate talent everyone. Geez

How are Tank and Bud similiar??

Tank fought at least 5 different fighters who were top of their weight class in Gamboa, Barrios, Pedraza, Santa Cruz and Hector Garcia.
Likewise, Bud fought several top 5 of their weight class of that time in Horn, Kava, Brook, Porter, and now Spence.

The only "top" 10 contendor Ennis has ever fought is Villa. That is it!
For a guy who has 32 fights (more than Tank) that is a pretty pathetic Resume if you ask me.

It’s all subjective. You’re not wrong in your comment. But everyone says the same thing about all 3 fighters (up until Crawford fought Spence). “They don’t fight anybody. Their resume Is trash, etc”. We read that garbage here everyday. You know that. No matter what YOUR opinion is or mine. It’s just what the haters say

Santa Cruz and Garcia were not top fighters in Tank weight classes but lower, Pedraza, Cruz, Gamboa were barely top 10 when they fought Tank.
Tank does not fight the bests like Bud. When he stepped UP to fight somebody not smaller, old or unknown in Garcia he asked for bias rules for the weight.

Except that It wasn't true for Bud and it's true for Tank, Bud collected lineal titles and unified in 2 divisions before fighting Spence.

Tank collected interim, regular belts in the division he has been fighting, and that's for a reason, hé has been fighting interim champion unlike Bud or Loma who have been fighting Real champions of their weight classes.

Tank has been kept away from a younger Loma (they will fight him now that he's old) and other fighters for a reason, just like Spence had been kept away from Bud for a reason.

            See what I mean? ^^^^

Just a month ago (not you, but) the world was bashing Buds resume. Now he’s fought the best who ever lived apparently.

I’m not referring to your opinion necessarily, or mine. I’m referring to what we’ve both read here over the past years. Also, there’s NO WAY you can discredit a fighter like Leo Santa Cruz on Tanks resume, but yet give Crawford credit for a guy like Ricky Burns, Indongo, or Postol. Leo Santa Cruz is probably the 3rd best fighter on the resumes of Crawford and Tank combined (Spence, then Porter, then Santa Cruz). He was live when that fight happened. And they weren’t weight classes apart. Tank and Santa Cruz had both fought around that same weight class a lot. You’re not being fair with that one. Or even Pedraza. He was undefeated at the time.

You don't know how to score fights if you think the figeroa fight was anything but a clear win for fulton. Just being real bro.

Boots should be focusing on fighting the Cody Crowleys,Vergil Ortiz’ and the Eimantas Stanionis’ of the world instead. Terence,Crawford should be vacating the welterweight division and the welterweight titles very soon.

Besides, Bud is moving up to the 154 pound division anyhow; In order to challenge for a rematch with Errol Spence, Jr and a unification bout with Jermell Charlo.
                  Boots has had 30 fights?

True! However, he hasn't fought anyone in those 30 fights. Who has he fought that was good?

With the exception of Pedraza, Davis' resume is meh as ****!

Barrios was easily the most undeserving 140 lbs. beltholder not named Rolly Romero when he faced Davis.

By the time he faced Gamboa, the Cuban was 5 years removed from when he last fought for a championship and more shot than Malcolm X.

Leo Santa Cruz peaked at featherweight and found himself facing Tank in only his 2nd fight at 130 (Let's be honest, Santa Cruz beating Miguel Flores for a vacant super belt didn't fool anyone into believing he stood a chance.

As for Hecfor Garcia, he definitely ranked near the top at super featherweight. Not that it meant much seeing as this fight was Garcia's debut at lightweight.

I won't even get into making Ryan Garcia agree to a rehydration clause. I've already casted enough doubt on Davis' "accomplishments".
