You sound you'd fit in nicely at Derrick James' gym

Anthony Joshua should abandon that sinking ship in Texas and the whole PBC/Mayweather Promotions crew, and worry about finding another trainer with more than one boxing plan that only consists of the 'rock em, sock em', type of strategy when that goes in the tank.

I would suggest that he begins his search in Omaha, with proven winners.

Anthony Joshua says..... Does this really mean anything? Anthony Joshua must've found a crystal ball because he's never shown the ability to analyze a boxer's performance and determine the specific adjustments that will make the difference in a rematch before.
Personally, I hope Spence comes back and has success at 154 but he's never going to beat Crawford. I don't usually go all in on a statement like that but Bud will be able to adjust to whatever changes Errol makes or whatever gameplan he has if they fight again. Errol should fight Tsyzu. That would be a much closer matchup.

Spence has no chance at all with Crawford, no matter when, the weight or circumstances. Just a huge gap among them...

Well one area of improvement we would probably see is his hydration. Last time his body was so drained and depleted that he had trouble standing up and maintaining his balance. So the extra weight should serve him well in this area.

Moreover, the extra weight should also make him a little stronger. By cutting less weight; It would make it more difficult for Crawford to outmuscle and bully him while fighting on the inside.

However, the one thing that the extra weight won't do is to help improve his defense. That is one area that him and Derrick James have to work extensively on. He was getting hit flush with every punch that Bud landed.

He needs to learn to move his head and some upper body movement.
