They know AJ will stop Chisora faster than Fury did which makes him look good to casuals.

Neither are particularly compelling fights but tbh i'd rather see AJ/Chisora than AJ/Whyte 2. At least its a fresh match up and Chisora is a more interesting personality than Whyte. Its not like theres a huge gap in quality between Del Boy and Whyte either.

Well the replacement has to be an easy opponent - that or just cancel, but Joshua doesn't wanna burn a camp. The fights in this weekend, the number of available opponents, logistically, is small. Not gonna get a visa for any foreign fighters in that window.

Chisora is the perfect name to salvage the event with. They've never fought, may as well have it.
