Bud is more selective with his punches and he's patient, he doesn't just beat on whatever he can find. He'll wait for a certain shot. One minute u feel like you're in the fight, all of a sudden, ur hit with a punch u don't see and ur out on ur feet. Sniper attack, no time to feel much pain, But I'll bet u Errol thinks Bud hits pretty hard, because Bud moved less and sat down on his punches for Errol, especially with his jab.

Crawford probably ruined Spence. Why? Because Spence was quite great. Yep, he had that accident that… Yup, hurt him bad. And nope, I wasn’t sure who would win. But, the way Crawford tore him apart, Crawford proved to the world. He’s not just # 1 WW.

Continued on Crawford ruining Spence: the reason why Crawford ruined Spence, destroyed him, most likely, blew his whole career out the window.… Because Spence was that great, that popular, that experienced, that confident before their clash. We’ve all seen it happen before. Spence will not quit fighting. Spence will continue, but he will never be the same. In fact, the accident prepared him to be ruined by Crawford, who finished the job. I certainly wish Spence well, he’s certainly formidable, respectful, classy and likable. But, sometimes the underdog, who is not respected, who goes his own way, who follows his own regime, who doesn’t fall to the powers that be actually does get his due respect. Crawford proved that. It usually doesn’t happen. Usually the powers that be, the promoters, management, industry, media, beat you down. Crawford keeps me being a believer, that I too, can stand up for myself. When I know I’m right and not fall down to the bull**** around us. I’m very happy for Crawford and I’m very happy for all of us. Not just WW #1 but a well-deserved P4P, worldwide, and probably for a while. We can assume that Usyk or Inoue or Bivol or Beterbiev or Haney or Davis will take that ball and run with it. But Crawford will live in P4P for some good time. Well deserved, Crawford.Last edited by JULESLUPOWITZ; 08-07-2023, 06:14 AM.

The fact that Spence doesn’t hit hard shouldn’t come as a surprised to no one. Errol tends to grind and wear his opponents down with punch volume accumulation.and workrate However Crawford neutralized that by beating him to the punch and countering him between punches.

However, that car accident has definitely damaged him. He is no longer the same fighter he once was which explains why he has had only three fights since 2019.

it was no catch weight. He claimed he was the best welterweight on the planet, the man at 147. Only way to prove that is to fight at 147. He did and he lost and it wasn’t competitive.
bit you’re right. There will always be (bulls hit) excuses.

started to conserve energy, try to limit the punishment and use the rematch clause as his savior.
During fight week, When Spence was asked if rematch would be at 147? Spence immediately replied
no must be at 154. I wouldn't be surprised if it's later disclosed Spence almost killed himself
making 147. Spence at 147 was defeated physically before entering the ring and mentally defeated
within the first 2 rounds.
Big business, money changing hands in the blink of an eye. Spence just bit down and at nights end
refused to make excuses or enter any detailed conversions. The lawsuits will start flying by all parties
involved if Spence physically was in no condition to perform at the highest level expected.
Similarly to Manny disclosing shoulder injury after losing Floyd Mayweather Jr fight and a few other
events..Bornboxingfan likes this.
