Comments Thread For: Tim Bradley: Terence Crawford Would Beat a Prime Floyd Mayweather!

They came in all shapes and sizes with varying skill sets. Yet, they all had the same goal in mind, take down Floyd Mayweather. Zab Judah had always been known as a master boxer. In 2006, for at least the first two rounds, Mayweather was thrown off by his speed and combination punching. According to two of the three judges sitting ringside, Judah was the better man through two rounds. That all changed, of course, once Mayweather got it going. For the duration of their showdown, he out-quicked the trash-talking New Yorker and cruised to a unanimous decision victory.

130-135 would be mayweather's best chance but even then he had the one close fight with castillo. Crawford had none. At 147 bud wins 8-4

I disagree. I think Floyd is too cute defensively. All he would do is counter and throw the lead right hand and return to a defensive position. Nothing flashy. Jab up and down hold. He'd make it a stinker of a fight and us fans would have had to pay for it. I'm glad he's retired. I miss the pretty boy style of fighting he utilized at 130lbs

Mayweather would have done the same thing to Crawford that he did to Pacquiao.
Aged him out, and then fight him, or not at all.

Proof is that money came before legacy, when he fought Berto, before he fought Pacquiao.

That was the M. O. that PBC follows to this day.

Delusional…Floyd is all wrong for Crawford. Styles make fights. A counter puncher vs a counter puncher…superior speed, timing, and defense wins. He would make Crawford the aggressor and counter him.

Best version of Spence has better chance then Crawford pre accident of beating Floyd with his pressure style and skills.

            Y’all don’t know boxing.

So Morales beating PAC was aging him out? Or Marquez pulverizing PAC in his “prime” was also due to aging him out?
This is despite the fact that Floyd is OLDER than PAC.
Let’s not even bring the other many losses PAC had cuz he was “aged” out.
