Legacy fight of the guy's career and he's getting an illegal IV less than 24 hour before the fight, and then the drug testing company that he has a personal services contract with gives him a retroactive exemption 3 weeks after the fight. The Nevada Boxing Commission at first says the circumstances of the IV are "unacceptable" and then reverses itself and says "no problem". lol
