If you want to be childish about it, you could just as easily say that British fighters must be on a par with Americans, otherwise top US trainers wouldn't be interested in working with them.

The boxers are the ones seeking the trainers, not the other way around. And of course trainers will work with anyone who can generate them money. After all, British fans are gullible enough to believe some of these guys are elite (although only fury is) and that simple minded fan base means a trainer gets paid more….. if you want to be childish
