He's 31, his prime days are nearly gone if not gone already. If you're going to shop for a new trainer, shop fast.

Landing on the concrete with your head and getting KTFO in the next significant fight don't bode well for the future, whatever the trainer.

I don't think a trainer will make a difference. Conlan cannot take a punch. He also tends to panic fatigue himself in all the big fights and doesn't have enough power or grit to push a W at the world stage.
He hasn't improved his defense and was getting touched by 3rd tier fighters like Banut, a journeyman. Conlan only has recognition because he flipped off some judges on the world stage.
