Bud Crawford is about to get paid.

You watch. Haymon is gonna do everything he can to lock up Bud for the rest of his career. Saturday was the beginning of the Bud Crawford show. He will become the #1 PBC fighter.

Haymon will absolutely push for the Charlo fight and don't be surprised to see Crawford vs Canelo down the road.

I don't see them doing the Spence rematch until next year. This also pushed back the Spence Canelo fight.

We are about to get some amazing Bud Crawford fights, Season 2 of #strapseason is coming.

As far as the Boots fight, thats at least 1.5-2 yrs away.

Here's what I see coming next for Bud:

Bud vs Keith Thurman at 147
Bud vs Charlo at 154 (2024)
Bud vs Spence at 154 (2024)
Bud vs Boots 154 (2025)
Bud vs Canelo 164 cw (2025)

I will bet money that at least 4 of these fights happen

I think Thurman's comeback fight will be against Ugas. Followed by the Crawford fight

Hopefully SHO starts putting more money behind Ennis too: 3 fights a year, every opponent should be relevant. Crawford isn't gonna do Ennis any favors. Ennis vs. Stanionis/Crowley should be the priority.

Another potential match-up: Tim Tszyu in Australia. But IDK if Haymon needs to be involved for that one to happen.

Canelo is younger than Bud by almost 3 yrs, but Canelo definitely has more wear and tear
