These 3 fights took place when his opponents were all on the downhill slope. Spence was sheltered too much, a habit for PBC fighters, which hide his faults, prevented his growth as a fighter and left him too much time to become an alcoholic. His career is over.
    Great post man
    I think the same

First good fighter in Spence career with great power and look what happened.

    Spence defense is very Bad

postol and Gamboa did a better job

Props to Bud but he fought a washed up Spence who had to go through a near-death experience and a couple of hard fought fights before they faced each other. Plus, its pretty obvious that Spence drained himself to death just to make the WW limit. A pattern truly mastered by Floyd Mongoloid. Fight HOF guys way past their primes before you sign the dotted line. Genius? Yes. GOAT? Hell No.

I'd echo what most are saying - phenomenal performance by Bud. All credit goes to him, he was the better man.

Great effort by Spence. He never quit, he never stopped trying to win even as he caught an absolute beating. When you fight, sometimes you get your ass kicked. That's the game, he took it like a man. He gains respect from me and remains a top notch talent unless this fight has broken him mentally. And it may have, and we can't know that right now.

This talk about Boots, though. I tell you, yeah I think he's the next best talent but I'd like to see him with a live body before getting the undefeated, undisputed, unified welterweight champion of the world. To the folks saying he should fight Crawford, the guy I think he should really lock horns with is Spence.

To me, the only place for Crawford now is to move up to 154. He's in his prime, he should go for it. Beat Mendoza and/or Tszyu to get acclimated then go after Mell if he's still undisputed. He doesn't have a ton of time left, but he beats the field at WW and there's a path to unified at 154 and THAT would be absolutely incredible as an accomplishment.

Some people will never give Bud his due. Apparently he'd have to build a time machine and go back and beat SRL, Hearns, Floyd, and then MAYBE they will admit he has all timer talent. People saying Spence wasn't that good now. Lol.

Spence had never been knocked down, held three belts and had a 75% KO ratio. He is ranked P4P number 4.

On the flipside, if Bud thought is was hard to get the best to fight him before this fight....nobody wants to face that dude after he made the #4 p4p guy look like a club fighter.

Boots would almost certainly beat Spence up and stop him. Bud beats Boots, but no other WW does.

Just saw some.extended highlights. Crawford was everywhere, incredible how he dominated. In a normal world, he would fight more often and beat Mayweather's fighting "tale of the tape" record.

Wow! Yes! That was an amazing performance by Crawford! The master class we saw was one of the best ever. Spence is so tough. Great win for Crawford and congratulations to him on becoming the Undisputed Welterweight Champion!
