Help an Alien understand what's a real WelterWeight?

Hi i'm an alien, and out of all things on Earth, i'm very interested in Boxing. I'm new to boxing. Just started watching it last month but i've caught up on a lot of things.

I keep reading this "real Welterweight" comment by some posters.

What is a real WelterWeight?

I don't want to read any names please, I want to know what this real Welterweight means.

I want to know a boxer who started their career at WW.

I want to know if baby humans get a stamp on their butt from their doctor when they're born, saying "Real Welterweight"

Where do real welterweights come from?

Is there an Island of real welterweights? a world of real welterweights?

Is there a such thing as a fake Welterweight? if there are real one's then there must be fake one's too right?

Do fake Welterweights come from the same place that real welterweights come from, lower weights?

If so, why are boxers called fake welterweights when they came up to welterweight just like every other Welterweight.

A real welterweight is a guy who weighs in between 141-147 pounds. He also doesn't fight lightweights or junior welterweights.

It's someone who actually carries the weight well. Floyd-JMM is a good example of a guy who does and a guy who carries 20 pounds of fat, therefore is sluggish and ineffective fighting guys who are 147 pounds of solid muscle.

If you can make the weight and fight effectivly aginst the best of them, then you are a WW period. Paul Williams has every right to beat up these midgets. It isn't his fault they are about as tall as most Japanese women.
