I think this was a battle for "elite" status and Ionue won. Itll be interesting to see if Steph comes back the same. The Figueroa fight was a war that left him wobbly back to his corner on 3 occasions then he takes a 1 sided beating from a Monster. Tough dude.

He should definitely take the rest of the year off and enjoy all Yen he made.

Lmfao Why? Fulton didn't win a single minute of the fight. There is absolutely ZERO reason to have a rematch.

Being in Philly won't change a goddamn thing except that it'll be a half empty arena.

The amount I've seen people post this, you'd think that Fulton jumped a divison and went straight for Inoue. Fighting in another country isn't "daring to be great" it's literally what most fighters do of their careers.

I agree with Fulton as far as his status, he is still elite but he went up against a future HOF, possibly an all time great if he keeps doing what hes doing

Lol these comments are crazy. Never understood why people that never put on gloves talk the most shiet. There’s no shame in losing this fight. Dared to be great and lost to a special fighter. Fulton is still a great fighter and secured a BIG payday for his troubles. Respect.

    there's levels to this!!

“Disappointed in myself because I am better than that,” explained Fulton on Instagram. “It wasn’t my night.”

Fulton is a slick boxer but lacks the killer punch.
