Judah only looked strong against Spinks because Spinks didn't have the power to make him respect him. I wouldn't call Judah a strong WW. And yeah he probably hit harder than Pacquiao but doesn't mean anything. HE don't got the brains or will to win. Your basing Mayweather being a great 147er by saying he fought Judah. Really now Baldomir beat Judah and many other have come close. Even guys thats are like 5 notches below his class

Zab DID NOT knock down Floyd. The ref called it a slip and rightfully so. Maybe you should do your homework and freeze the image at the time of Zab's hook. Maybe then, like the rest of us, you will see Zab standing on Floyd's foot. I absolutely understand the difference between stunned and hurt. When did Mosley even stun Cotto? You are digging yourself deeper and deeper, my friend.

i never said mosley stunned cotto. i never said mosley hurt cotto

you said judah hurt cotto, which is bull****. how am i digging myself deeper when you said judah HURT cotto? that's completely idiotic

judah punched floyd in the face and floyd's glove touched the canvas. that's a knockdown bud, no matter if judah was stepping on sitting on floyd's cawck as you are right now

Judah made Cotto shake like Michael J Fox with uppercuts. Zab landed a hook that didn't do **** to Floyd, while Floyd had his feet EXTREMELY separated, and while one foot of his was stepped on. Anyone who says this "knock down" is evidence that Zab "hurt" Floyd more than he did Cotto is simply out of their minds.

Cotto KO'd Zab because he is obviously more powerful than Floyd, but Zab still landed A LOT more shots on Cotto than he did on Floyd. When you realize that Zab was a lot more beat up physically vs. Cotto than vs. Floyd, it makes it even more impressive that he still managed to land more VS. Cotto than vs. Floyd.

I don't think that Floyd would KO Cotto, because he'd fight a very cautious fight, but it would be a one-sided schooling, very similar to the Marquez and Baldomir fights. I agree with the TS, no WW right now would beat Floyd. He is just too smart and tactical in that ring. Size don't mean **** if the other guy doesn't have half of Floyd's skills, Floyd would find a way to beat them all.

I forgot to add something that hasn't been mentioned in this topic when comparing the Zab-Floyd and Zab-Cotto fights.

When Floyd had completely dominated Zab, and he knew there was no way he'd win, he resorted to a low blow to try to get Floyd to back off.

When Zab stunned Cotto, and Cotto wanted to put an end to it, he low-blowed Judah twice.

That alone should be enough to understand the difference between Cotto and Floyd.

Yea floyd is so good that he shouldn't even bother to fight anyone, thats how good he is. He doesn't have anything to prove at 147 to himself or the fans. Boxing fans have some nerve to ask for fights against legit welters.

He doesnt fight WW,only if they have 15 losses like BALDOMIR.

He only wants midgets featherweights like JMM.

MOSLEY would KO him 100 % ,and WILLIAMS would stop him in 6 rounds.

dude just cause Judah was throwing haymakers doesn't mean he had Cotto in trouble. When someone throws haymakers you defend and wait for an opening and that is what cotto did.

Either way if you want to compare welterweight resumes. Cotto's resume looks better based on him fighting Mosley alone

At a 10% higher connect rate and in a shorter fight in which he was much more beat up physically, 43 more landed punches IS a lot.

Who's talking about WW resumes? Of course Cotto's is better. That's not the argument here.

Watch both fights. If you seriously believe Floyd was more hurt than Cotto when they were both doing their worst, you gotta be delusional. Cotto had to resort to low blows to get Zab to back off.
