I dont think so, and neither does anyone else really, think Martin can beat Haney. But good that he's confident.

Believe it or not, I think that he could very well beat Haney and possibly by knock out. I've watched almost all of Martin's fights, and with each fight it's been a step up with a completely different style from his last opponent. Before Artem, he dropped and beat Rivera convincingly, who was considered to be the top prospect in the division.

Artem is also a top prospect that was much bigger than Frank with a different style from Rivera, the guy really has some power. Martin didn't expect the power of Artem, so he fought very defensive instead of letting his hands go until Derrick James and Spence told him that he was down on the cards.

He then threw caution to the wind, got aggressive, walked him down, let his hands go, and busted his eye forcing him to take a knee. Haney doesn't carry that type of power and won't have anything to keep Frank off of him. Martin is a very good boxer with speed, defense, and some serious pop. The way Haney looked last month, I don't think he would last against Frank.

Martin beats Haney. Haney has no power. Artem has ko power.

Good part for fans to find out is they will all be available when the Spence/Crawford fight is over. (Isaac Cruz is on the undercards.) Meaning the date in which they all fought for their last respective fights will not be far apart. So they have zero excuse like fighter so and so has a fight scheduled, fighting someone, etc. There will be none of that two weeks from now.

If I might repeat, Frank Martin, Edwin De Los Santos, Isaac Cruz would be available for one another, let's just say next month. Keep an eye on them. See if they would avoid each other.
Frank Martin is the protected one among the three since his fight with Rivera.
Why do you think it took him seven months to reappear since that fight?
De Los Santos was available for him for almost a year, and Edwin said
in a recent article no one was willing to dance with him.

So you're better off removing Martin in the list. PBC won't even make an attempt
to offer him either Cruz or De Los Santos.
Pitbull vs Edwin is possible. Even that will make PBC people think twice, 4x, 6x...

good to have confidence but his lack of amateur backing shows and he needs to fight a few more styles before getting in with the top, too aften these kind of fighters are rushed into top comp due to fans. just keep getting fights and in due time you will be ready

He is not being rushed. He is being slowed down. Fighting every seven months is not rushing.
Like the previous poster said, he's avoiding his own levels like Delos Santos and Pitbull.
Of course, those money fights he's mentioning will not happen for him anytime soon.

Harutyunyan was meant to be a showcase fight for him. It's a cherrypicked fight.

You're not knocking out any world level fighters. You just got a gift against a decent fighter who hasn't done anything in boxing.

Haney was fighting Loma, but you're saying Martin wins after Haney didn't look good? Martin just got a gift against a dude called Artem. That's looking much worse. Both of them lost, but only one of them was fighting a world level fighter. And it wasn't Martin.

Keep tugging on PBC fighters though. Maybe all that tugging could actually make one of them good and not need to rob or sabotage opponents.

Yeah, that's why Artem's KO percentage is so high against bottom feeders.

                      Haney schools him with ease.
