The Cops dont have probable cause to search your vehicle unless you're on probation/parole, dont have a license/suspended. People need to know their rights when dealing with la jura.

Leicesterage Sure sure blame the cops for thugs behavior. Maybe they stop people way too much but doesn't take away the fact that he broke the law. Many people are stopped and not all are locked up and charged.
