I am glad Usyk gets this close to his home. I am glad he gets a fight where he can be the favored fighter, with his fans cheering for him like crazy and willing him on to victory with every punch being celebrated. I just hope he focuses on his training and his opponent. Usyk is light years more skilled than most of the contenders. But it is also very true he is the smaller fighter in any HW bout, and he cannot afford to allow DuBois the chance to connect flush due to Usyk not being at his peak.
That is the same thing I'm saying. Usyk is not overwhelming, he depends on boxing skill. Gorillas all around, all Usyk has to do is relax at the wrong time.

That is interesting. Maybe it is the size of the venue? Maybe they think this high profile an event may be to tempting for Russian forces to not target, but they will not (obviously) do anything on Polish soil?

Just guessing, as I honestly had no idea that any sports events had continued in Ukraine.

Will Ukrainians in the audience fly their Banderite UPA flags? I've seen them in some Usyk fights, will be awkward considering...

Lol we'll see then but in the words of Iron Mike I doubt it seriously.
