No doubt but I imagine he will still have a chance against the likes of Arreola and Peter as you stated. Being a top 10 rated contender today won't take too much of an effort since even his former victim John Ruiz slips in and out of the top 10 rankings every once in a while.

A win against Cameron here and a follow-up fight against Arreola for example could make him a name in the division again. I'm not saying this will happen because I believe that even if he beats Cameron, he'll just become inactive again and fade out of people's memories.
