like i said hispanic is NOT a race.

        filipinos are asian.

their culture and language is influenced by spain though.

hispanic is used to describe people who's country was ruled by spain. which was what philippines was.

exactly, but their race is african descent, but if a black man is from dominican he is considered latino, your right

                      Hispanic refers

                      1. to the people of Spanish descent: relating to people descended from Spanish or Latin American people or their culture
                      2. of Spanish-speaking people: relating to Spanish-speaking people or their culture
                      3. of Iberian Peninsula: relating to Spain, or its language, people, or culture

Since only 2% of the Philippines have Spanish blood and I doubt Pac is part of those 2% that rules out number 1.

Pac obviously doesn't speak Spanish so that rules out number 2.

                      #3 is self explanatory.

Other than the religion, very little of Spanish culture remains in the Phillipines. Tagalog also borrows very little from the Spanish language, but if you put a Spanish speaker and a Tagalog speaker in a room together they won't be able to hold a conversation.
