If Pacquiao has gotten better then what has Mayweather done?

I hear alot of talk that Pacquiao has gotten better under Freddie Roach. Well if Pac has gotten better than what has Mayweather done in the past few years? Regress? If Freddie Roach has made Pac a more complete fighter and is making him a complete fighter then has Mayweather not also made his already excellent skills that much better? I dont see Pac as a complete fighter at all, an effective, skilled one yes but not complete at all. So my Question is...if Mayweather has always been better than Pac but just the past 5 years Pac has been getting better, how far has Mayweather taken his skills up?

This is not a Pac HATE thread, I do think pac has become a better fighter, BUT I never hear...."Mayweather has gotten better that last 5 years, yeah he has really improved"
