floyd has left from 1 of the most dominating lightweights,to a cherrypicking pottshoter who hasn't fought any credible welterweights except for Baldomir,in his entire 147 career!!

you count baldomir as a credible welterweight? you must have low standards.
Like I try to tell all these cats, how did Floyd have to improve? He was born into the sport and was fundementaly sound from day 1. He came into the game basically already set so he had nothing to add. He just had to fine tune and gain experince. Pac improved alot because he had alot to improve on. Alot of the stuff he did was so amatureish. Floyd didnt have that
Pacman has gotten better because he has fought fighters who made him better. He accept all challenges and fights with his whole heart in the ring.He wants to go in the middle of the ring and fight like a warrior.Mayweather maybe good but he will be tested in a way he's never been tested before.
the bottom line is this---pac is not a complete fighter and will never be---floyd has been a complete fighter as far as skills go since starting out---he only improved his power, speed, and ring IQ, and only in the adjusting to bigger opponents category---pac has improved yes, but his balance is still shaky--he still gets sloppy---and when/if he fights floyd-he is getting ****ed up--so swallow that one pac-boy and makivelli
pac isn't a complete fighter---floyd is and has always been--pac has just recently improved--floyd has always been sick with his skillset---floyd will toy with manny like a big brother picking on his sibling---floyd's the only complete fighter in boxing i've seen along with calderon--
I don't know if he's gotten better, however, reincorporating the jab into his arsenal will make he even more difficult to defeat and could extend his career further. I think Floyd knows that he is a tad bit slower as far a hand speed so he has worked on his timing moreso than he did before. Those pull counters that he use on Jmm had just a much to do with timing than speed. I also think his blocking has gotten better as well. When Floyd did that 360, blocking all of JMM punches or the time throw that 8 punch combo and PBF block them easily and then casually walked back to the center of the ring, amazing. PBF is basically retooling and adjusting his skillset in order to compensate for whatever diminished physical ability that comes along with being 32 going on 33. However, when you take into account that he's still faster than Sweet pea was, it's frightening to think what he's capable of in the ring. It will be fun watching his next 3/4 fights.
so well put---you get it--kudos to you brother--i agree completely--
