  • Comments Thread For: Bradley: If Charlo Can Pull Off Upset, He Cements Himself as Pound-For-Pound Guy

If he pulls off the upset he’ll be remembered beyond the standard hall of fame profile and it would be remembered for ever in the history books. Duran/Leonard kind of history, I’m all up for the upset when this kind of lopsided matches are made regardless of who’s fighting

Bradley was either misquoted or his assessment of the Canelo v Charlo fight is just plain off the mark. Don't sleep on Jermell! Canelo and Jermell are both top-level fighters and Canelo should be the favorite, but Jermell is world-class in his own right. I like the fact that they are both good boxers and real fighters at heart. This fight will answer the question if Canelo is on the downward part of this career. It should be a great fight! Let's just enjoy it.

He's already a P4P guy... People wanna try to put Shakur or Tank in there and leave Charlo out and it's laughable

Do you want to know the beautiful part of this, for Charlo? All he has to do is make 161 pounds; technically, that is the minimum weight for Super Middle; 168 pounds is the maximum.

Charlo simply has to add 7 more pounds to his body, stick and move, let Canelo get frustrated by chasing him around the ring, and win the decision. This could be Mayweather-Canelo 2...

This. ESPN has a very strange take on the current p4p list

I agree. Jermell is already in the top 10 P4P.

He has all four belts in his weight class for goodness sake.

I still need to know what Shakur has actually done to get all of this praise he's getting.
