Will never pay for ppv the best doing it was Don King

The problem is selling a garbage product for a high price. A fight night like Wilder vs Helenius with trash undercard and short main event isn't worth 30$ and yet they can charge 90 for such trash.
Fights are often interesting but not worth the price tag. And no, ain't paying for Spence vs Crawford either or anything that rewards these B-level "stars" in boxing to fight once per year.
PPVs are usually worth about 10$ or less so no wonder people don't wanna pay. Think about it, Oldtiz vs Martin was an inteteresting scrap but 40$? Nope.
Espinoza blaming piracy for fights not getting made is like saying the water on the ground causes the rain. Finest level nonsense.Comment

It's a very difficult decision. Spend 1 minute looking for a crystal clear stream on the Internet for free or pay $80 plus for the product that can be gotten for free.
Overall they have 2 problems. 1: Generally not making fights that people want to see, which they take zero responsibility for. 2: Not being able to shut down the streams. Both of which are the networks fault. It's their job to make the fights people want to see and to shut down the streams.
Anyone that looks at the quality of PPV's over the last 3 years can see why the numbers are down or low. Many of these PPV main event's weren't worth anyone's time, much less their time and money; Canelo vs Ryder, Canelo vs GGG 3, Tank vs Luis Garcia, Tank vs Rolly, Crawford vs Avanesyan, Crawford vs Porter, Wilder vs Helenius, Broner vs Hutchinson, Thurman vs Barrios, Ortiz vs Martin.Comment

"The last thing you want to do is invite ten of your buddies over to the house to watch the fight and you've got a stream which is dropping out or lagging every few minutes. It’s not a good experience." Well I think that the last thing you want is a long, drawn out, very slow paced evening of dull fights for 80USD. Fight cards are very long, there is a lot of dead time in between fights, the main card usually starts at midnight.. And a bunch of 8, 10 or 12 rounders full of posing and hugging don't do a thing to keep me awakeComment

The problem is guy's like him. They lie to themselves. Quit pampering every single prospect by lining up a bunch of tomatoe cans and hollering to high heaven about how this is a fight of the year contender.
Boxing sucks. Judging sucks. Espinosa sucks. Hearn, Ellerbe & Arum suck. It's corrupt as heck. How many fights have ended in outrage the last 5 years? We see robberies ALL the time. Does he think we want to stay up until 1 am for that crap? I ain't paying a dime.Comment

The bigger problem are boxers not being willing to fight the best opposition available consistently, promotional companies over charging for Ppv’s and then making trash undercards. Don Ming used to have the market on smash because he’d have a main event with Chavez and then have guys like terry Norris and Trinidad on the undercard.Comment
