Isn't Winky-BHOP the same as Mayweather-Marquez?

What elite did he lose to? When he was 40 years old?

      Of course Bernard is.

Have you ever stood near Bernard? He isn't 170 pounds on fight night.

      Mayweather/Marquez is the same as.....

      Hopkins/Wright
      Pacquiao/Larios
      Hopkins/Pavlik

You don't consider Roy Jones as an elite (back then)?

Erm some of his best wins came at 39-43 or so so that is no excuse.. he lost to Jones as Al pointed out early (waiting on the prison bull **** excuse now) Taylor, Zaghe. All elites similar size to him..

          Other elite fighters he faced:

          Hoya: much smaller
          Trinidad: smaller
Pavlik: (debatable if he is elite) but again smaller..

            A win is a win.

BHop also headbutted Winky and used the usal dirty tactics.

Everyone knew Floyd was going to win but expect nobody expected the win was going to be this one sided.

Trinidad: middleweight champion at the time
Pavlik: exact same size as hopkins (practically twins).

The funny thing is, are you saying bhop isn't better than these guys? lol stop using excuses bhop is a more skilled fighter than 99% of the fighters in the game and that's how he wins fights - using his skills. He's never been one to out muscle or overpower an opponent (only in his very early career was he very aggressive going for KO's). He beat tarver, trinidad, oscar, pavlik, etc with his boxing skills and ring IQ, not by using a size advantage. Using a size advantage is Oscar beating up on Gatti, etc.

Even you admit that B-Hop was green when he fought Roy. You can't blame the man for his opposition during his prime. The same could be said about Larry Holmes, as soon as he fought Tyson, he lost. Holmes wasn't in control of his opposition and neither is B-Hop. People always bring up the Roy fight, that would be like me always mentioning Torrecampo whenever someone says Pac is an ATG

Size advantage> Oscar, he wasnt outboxing Oscar at all... he ****ing dwarfed him dunno how anyone can deny this

Trinidad was made for Bhop, its a very good win considering Trinidads disposal of Joppy tho. Look at all the people who beat Trinidad, Winky, Bhop, Oscar (not officially)

                    Pavlik is smaller

He maybe more skilled then all these fighters (some of which its debatable) being naturally bigger helps big time. Hence how Floyd completely controlled Marquez and was way faster he was used to that weight and didn't need to bulk up/put weight on.

hopkins and pac always made weight tho.

floyd didn't even make the catchweight.

can't compare hopkins and pac to floyd.
