I have followed Usyk for years, he is a favorite of mine. But sheesh, the dude is way undersized for this era at HW, he doesn't have huge power at HW. It feels like many casuals just see "well Usyk beat AJ twice, so he is now a monster". AJ has been a nutcase since Ruiz caught him, he isn't the same, not at all.
I don't believe Usyk is "scared" of fighting Wilder, or Fury. What I do know is that Usyk understands exactly what he would have to do in order to beat either of them, and that is to box a perfect fight for 12 rounds. And even then, either guy could very well catch him and put his lights out. I have no doubt that Usyk WILL fight either man, and I also have no doubt that he wants alot of money to do it, knowing the risk involved. I'm sure Wilder has offered Usyk good money. Usyk doesn't need or want that fight, it does nothing for him. Usyk wants to unify and I am sure he'd love Fury to retire and then he could fight a lesser threat and unify.
This whole "Usyk is a machine that cannot be beat" is just not true. He is very tough, and he caught AJ at just the right time and took advantage. But anyone saying Usyk will not go down on a big Wilder shot? I find Wilder irritating and he isn't a good boxer. But his power is ridiculous and he could take Usyk out.
It is pretty amazing that Usyk is even fighting at HW, and if he retired right now, his legacy is great. But he isn't Superman, and he isn't ******.BLASTER1 likes this.

Having said that my money would be on Usyk
This, wilder has stopped or knocked down every single man he ever faced.....

Wilder hasn't offered Usyk shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.
That Julian Jackson touch you power he possess is something special though.AmpMcv likes this.

I think Wilder would be far more keen on fighting Usyk than Fury or Joshua. Usyk isn't stopping him, he didn't stop AJ and Wilder has a damn good chin, he can take a shot. So Wilder would at worst get UD'd by a superior boxer.
Even at this stage AJ is more dangerous for Wilder. Usyk beat a shellshocked AJ with skill and boxing. AJ is a much better fighter than Wilder and he has real power, if he finds the old AJ that night he could knock Wilder out.
