i'd love to see el feroz back at it! controversial + ****y guy = exciting fights. i was a huge vargas fan back around 2002. he was actually a great prospect but he got thrown to the lion pit too early.

            do it vargas!

Let him do what he wants, nobody gives 2 shits about Vargas anymore anyway.

He is a fat tomato can, let the tomato can do what tomato cans do...get knocked the **** out.

I like Fernando Vargas, and the sport could use a guy like him back in the ranks, but to be honest, I fear for his health. He should say put, maybe get involved in some training, or promoting, but stay out of the ring. He gave us many good fights and entertained us all to the best of his abilities. I'd hate to see him end up like Meldric Taylor, and God forbid, like Rid**** Bowe. Best of luck to him in his decision, but I strongly urge him to reconsider it carefully.

Really?? .. I don't see how. No one cared when he got his ass kicked by Mosley the 2nd time or when he got beat up by Mayorga. What would the sport need or want with a bum like Vargas?
