I disagree homie. This is a 3 fight deal. If Canelo loses the 1st fight, especially to MW Charlo off for 2 years, why would casual fans care?

Besides, people forget, LW Shane went up to WW and beat De La Hoya. A smaller fighter usually has the speed advantage, add the height, Mell could pull it off.

Jermall turned down the fight twice..... And Jermell is not a small dude. He actually should have moved up a long time ago. All 3 of Derrick James fighters have been eating in divisions they shouldn't be in....both Charlos and Spence.

Don't forget, the Charlos are identical twins. I wonder how much Jermell has to cut to fight @ 154? I recall them saying a long time ago that they would never fight each other, hence they fight in different weight classes. Jermell likely easily walks around at the same weight as Jermall.

Walking around and having experience fighting at certain weight are 2 different things completely.

Imagine, he's ducking a few guys in his weight class, so he goes up to hopefully get an easy win on bivol. That totally backfires. So now, since he's still ducking the same guys, he looks for comp in lower weight classes.
