Talent wise - YES. Shakur isn't a big name yet, so I'd argue Tank v Haney for the lineal crown is the much bigger fight at the moment.

A good fight but the best in boxing? Based on what exactly Stevenson has a mediocre resume and Tank is mad overrated. I think the Usyk vs Fury fight is a much better fight to be made.
