It is pretty obvious where it is going. Found not-guilty of cheating but of unintentional ingestion and given a one year ban, backdated to the first failed test and therefore free to fight in August/September 2023. Connor gets to continue his career and the BBBC and UKAD save face and legal costs in the same way they did with the Fury's.

So tired of seeing this guy. A year later and the best he's got is backpedaling his denial of the WBC's egg claims.

Pathetic drug cheat trying milk his dad's name.

Not the same as the "Fury's" at all, Firstly the BBBofC didn't even bring it to the Fury's attention until 14 months after the Hammer/Rudenko fight(s).

Secondly the board almost went bankrupt trying to fight the Fury's and lastly you actually can get raised levels of nandrolone from eating boar meat and not just testicles like people claim on this forum.

The only reason this story makes no sense is the test would have to be carried out in 24 hours of digestion, which is a either an extremely lucky/unlucky break which ever way you want to look at it.

Unlike the egg excuse Benn used, which both requires hens to be treated with clomiphene and him to eat a bucket load of eggs primarily constituting of yolk (which when you're under a dietitian or nutritionist they actively avoid yolks), which firstly in the UK it's illegal to have hens on clomid and secondly he'd have to be eating about 40 odds eggs a week of said illegal eggs for any adverse findings to be had which is one hell of coincidence...

And now he's changing his story again because the board aren't being "cooperative" with him, though truth be told he should be the one who's being cooperative.

It’s entirely feasible that the metabolites from ingesting clomophene might be subtly different to those when injecting it or otherwise. It’s also publicised info on the web that eggs can and do contain traces of it.

There’s no evidence of any sort of corruption or taking backhanders in any of the drug test agencies. The evidence gets reviewed medically then they give a decision.

Anyone can have an opinion. Some people think we never landed on the moon. Personally I’ll wait to see what the findings of the commission are before making up my mind. They’re the ones qualified to do it.
The one big hole in his defence is UK and EU farmers don't use clomophene in their chicken or hens because its illegal here.

There has never been any traces of it èver found in the UK food chain

This defence of his right now wouldn't stand up in a real court because of these things and he would have to prove where the eggs came from, be able to trace them and prove that those farmers give their animals that substance illegally, in a country where there's no cases of it.

Of course it probably isn't going to a real court and he will probably get away with it, innocent or not.

Point is we are only getting half an explanation from his hired gun doctors he's paying to make a case from him. In a real case, these people would need to prove why his is the only case that's ever happened in a country where its not in the food chain....

He should have to explain where he obtained these supposedly tainted eggs.

Clomiphene is banned in egg production in the UK.

You’d hope that the BBBC, Ukad or whoever is presiding over the appeal would take all those factors into account when assessing the validity of his claim.

My point is that people on the forum aren’t privileged to that same detailed information the board is so at best we’re making suppositions based on incomplete evidence.

I’ll wait to see what the decision of the appeal is. Nothing suggests the testing or appeal is subject to undue influence in any way so best wait to see what they decide in my opinion. People always very quick to judge people based on half the facts.

Could he post a picture in a different country sitting in a restaurant that serves eggs?

That’s usually good enough for you isn’t it?

How is he any different to Canelo?. Boxing is rife with cheating on all levels.

The odds that it was contaminated on two different occasions must be in their thousands to one , maybe more ...It seems to me Benn/Hearn are looking for another loop hole , I hope the BBBOC and UKAD are ready for this as this has become a black cloud over boxing for a long time.
