Berlanga v Munguia would be a good eliminator for a GGG fight. Unless Munguia fights Benavidez.

Munguía isn't that good either so who knows. GGG? Seems like a waste of an investment to get him cashed out by Golovkin already. Derevyanchenko is a great call, and he just fought so he should be available for Berlanga's next fight.Comment

Berlanga sucks. He wants guys that will come forward so that it can suit his style? He can’t adjust and gets frustrated when he can’t get a guy out of there. I wouldn’t mind seeing him get sparked by Munguia or GGG. Munguia has a strong chin and better experience than Berlanga. GGG is older but has experience, better defense, and we all know power is the last thing to leave a fighter. I say feed him to GGG.Comment

He loses against any top level guy at 168, and it wouldn’t even be close. And I haven’t seen any development in his game at all, so I don’t know if he’ll ever get there. This might be his ceiling.Comment

I get what you're saying, but the problem is that neither one of them are most people's favorite fighter, and the skillset of both, as well as their ceilings, are not that high. Both guys do possess enough power to get a crowd going, but other than that, it's the Trash Collector Mungia against the Trainwreck Berlanga.Berlanga should be fighting Munguia who has his own flaws, but is undefeated, and is an exciting fighter to boot.
These two should be able to produce, as exciting a fight as humanly possible before the end of this year.
This fight will not end in a draw, one of these two fighters will lose their undefeated record, and I believe that loser will be Munguia.
But not before putting up a brutally exciting fight in which the fans will be jumping out of their seats encouraging Their favorite fighter on to victory.
