It comes a time that he needs to fight a real #1 challenger, and pbc has control over two of them. To tell you the truth, I don't think charlo should be in the conversation. He has no merit to face canelo after two years layoff and one division below. I believe benavidez and Morrell jr takes precedent over anyone.

I agree. Charlo is mentally broken and has been sidelined and out of action for the past two years. Now when he appears both weak and vulnerable Canelo wants to fight him.
