This fight makes sense for both fighters , and would be exciting while it last ............

Fishnets mocking Eddie now but in the back of his mind he'd be like 'Sht we really need to make that Mx-Pr clash to stay relevant' Lol, Dazn knows it would sell well but I doubt Berlanga can be competitive in there with Mungia whos already proven fighter no matter how much of a hypejob he appears to be.

A fight with Ryder in the uk could be another good option if GGG does hang em up. Berlanga loses to all 3 but Dazn makes a good buck.

Is Slow Eddie cashing out Berlanga already ?
Actually I think Munguia will have problems with Berlanga

Wouldn't it be much better to promote Pacheco vs Berlanga? The former actually is signed with Eddie and would sky rocket his reputation if he were to win.

Sergey gave GGG everything he can handle.. what is up with you dudes attempting to marginalize how good Sergey is??

Sergey was extremely motivated & knew this was his last big shot, he came in fully prepared, and Mungia passed the test in splendid fashion.

Instead of running to DAZN now to try and force Oscar to have Munguia fight Berlanga, Hearn should have done it months ago to convince Canelo to fight Munguia on a monster Cinqo di Mayo PPV card. But no, he insisted on giving us that Canelo-Ryder mismatch so his retread UK buddy could pocket an undeserved huge payday on a trash PPV that pretty much no one bought or watched.

Oscar was publicly calling for the Canelo- Munguia fight - why didn’t Hearn use whatever leverage he had with DAZN to bring Canelo around on that idea? It would have done massive numbers, but the arrogant Hearn thought he’d have Canelo forever and figured he’d be able to keep finding Matchroom fighters to match him up with. Now he wants DAZN to force Oscar to work with him?

You can tell being dumped by Canelo has Hearn rattled because he can’t keep his self-aggrandizing stories straight. Before the Canelo-Ryder fight, Hearn was bragging about how his relationship with Canelo was so close that Canelo invited him to his home for a wild party and even took him for a white-knuckle ride on his ATV. But now that Canelo has dumped him for PBC, Hearn’s making snide comments like, “It’s not like I was going over to (Canelo’s) house for tacos” every week.

If DAZN isn’t having reservations about its long-term business relationship with Hearn, it should be. But Markowski seems totally in over his head.

Its a good fight because neither of them is any damn good.I mean, if you put a good guy, like Morrell, in there, it ceases to be competitive. Berlanga v Munguia is v competitive because, in truth, neither of them can properly box a dime.

Eddie knew Canelo was going elsewhere after the 3 fights were up. This isn't something out of the blue for him.

Have you forgotten about Canelo making his own decisions about who he fights and not fighting fellow Mexicans already? Or is your need for a narrative too strong? It's irony you talking about him being rattled when it looks like you are. Haven't got over the Katie Taylor loss yet?

Eddie spoke about going to Canelo's house once. Not every week for taco's. Therefore, there isn't a story that isn't being kept straight here.

Ryder was the WBO mandatory and did in fact deserve his shot. Munguia was also a fight Ryder was looking for with it looking likely at one point. That was until Munguia ducked it and went elsewhere.

If you think the Berlanga/Munguia fight is not to your liking. Fair enough. Move on. But don't try and justify fights not happening due to some bitterness you have. That's just sad.

Can’t even get in-house DAZN fights now without drama.
