He already has. Now it would be nice to see Pacquiao who is fighting at welter weight prove it against Mayweather.

Damn what happen? Before the Mayweather fight last week... all Pac fans wanted was a Pac vs Mayweather fight. Now some seem to have changed their minds.

I'm beginning to think Floyd did too well against Marquez, to his discredit.

I haven't heard Manny, himself, say he does not want to fight Mayweather, though.

          It's only been Pacquiao's fans.

At Welter Weight against who ? De La Hoya. De La Hoya practically lost every fight before fighting Mayweather. Didn't floyd retired two years ago and had no intentions about fighting anymore. Especial Welter Weights. So he comes back to fight Pacquiao. He should had comeback earlier and faced Paul Williams, but he rather fight little guys so he can use he's reach advantage.

PAC fan here and still wanting a pac-pbf fight whether he gets past Cotto or not. Very risky and low odds for pac against pbf, but will continue to give him support against the BIGGER GREAT FIGHTER ( pbf's own words ).

Floyd retired, but never said he was never coming back. He's finally back, and simply wants to fight the best, one of which is Manny Pacquiao.

If Manny had taken time off, let's say a year, who do you suppose he would fight fresh off a layoff? A good easy to beat fighter, or the best current fighter (The Champion of The World)?

I hear ya. I don't see what's the big deal. Floyd came up from 130 and fought at 154 (not Floyd's divison). Manny's, currently, fighting at welter weight, Floyd's division. So, it only makes sense that the #1 and #2 P4P fighters in the world fight to see who is the best At Welter Weight.

pac can quit and i'd be all gravy.

floyd needs pac... floyd is the one with financial troubles, not pac. floyd gotta come down to 50/50 or the fight isn't happening.
