Who is the better pure boxer out of Whitaker and Floyd

Sweat pea, i think was a better boxer.. he took the risky fights with ppl in his weight class and absolutely DOMINATED them because of his ability..

Floyd is better than Pernell. Pernell, compared to Floyd is sloppy. Floyd has a perfect EFFECTIVE defense. Pernell would need to wait till his opponent stopped throwing to counter. I think Floyd is just better overall but Pernell and Jones are the only ones to come remotely close.
Oh and i've watched every single one of Pernell Whitaker's fights as I did Floyd's.
