mayweather vs Thomas Hearns at 147 both in their prime

Hearns easily, too good a boxer and jr wouldn't be able to brawl/grapple him. And we should give Hearns one weight-class advantage since he weighed in the same dayComment

your right it’s a better win for Leonard over hearns than Duran beating leonard the year before.....the simple reason is with the hearns and Leonard fight they both fought at there utmost best in terms of styles and drama and it was sheer will that made leonard come out as the winner.....with the Duran fight leonard choose to fight toe to toe which played right into durans playbook.......nobody is better than Duran when fighting in a phone booth and Leonard although a close decision loss he still lost......if he used movement and his superior boxing he beats Duran

Pac wasn't prime and a former light flyweiight. Floyd daren't even fight good fighters not neccesarily in prime like spence, bud, thurman. There's no hope floyd entertaining fighting hearnsComment

Nothing you said refutes this statement: “Mayweather’s win over Pacquaio is greater than any victory Hearns had at 147, including Cuevas.“Comment

Floyd EASILY beat your hero (Manny) and your undying man love will never change that.
Aka don't put my crush in with a guy who is bonafide top 10 atg at ww. Although Hearns/Floyd is in the same division. Hearns has a height/reach advantage and Floyd is too small that's not fair
Floyd was undefeated and what 28 or 29 when he hit ww? That sounds like prime to me.
Big Dunn 67,000+ excuses
The obvious answer is Hearns. His prime was at 154 and Floyd’s prime at 130-135.Comment

Floyd wasn't prime and he started at LW but that's ok for Hearns who began at WW and went to Cruiser while May couldn't break 150 on fight night in a 154 bout, now if the thread was Hearns Manny you be saying how small Manny is , just the same contradicting BS from you, from 130 to 154 there is only 2-3 lbs difference in Floyd and Manny, its easy to prove there is enough fight night weights taken from both guys over a 20 yr span to see it.
Same ol BS in here from the same chronic haters. The truth is Floyd could get a win over Hearns in the real world, the version in these fantasy threads are always based on the imaginary version, which in reality might not be the case, go through all of Hearns's career and there are times that if that's what Floyd was against he out boxes him with just footspeed, especially to such a slick boxer as Floyd, I don't know who would win I suspect Hearns would be too big but in reality he wasn't unbeatable.
These threads are never a discussion about fights, its just a hate party and always is around here.
